The Guam Power Authority has successfully energized 100% of its major substations and restored 46% of the island's power circuits as of Thursday morning, marking a critical milestone in recovery efforts following Super Typhoon Bavi.

As recovery efforts begin post Super Typhoon Bavi, telecom providers across the region have been conducting assessments to restore mobile and internet services and perform infrastructure repairs.
