The Dish — Sagano Restaurant

Located on the second floor of the Hoshino Resort Risonare Guam along Governor Carlos Camacho Road in Tamuning, Sagano Japanese restaurant is set to launch “Sushi Friday” beginning April 12.
 

After a hiatus due to the pandemic, Sagano returns with a fresh twist, featuring over 30 Japanese dishes, including live sushi and tempura stations. The restaurant prides itself in using fresh ingredients directly imported from Japan, ensuring the highest quality.

Guests can watch skilled chefs craft sushi right before their eyes, offering an authentic and seasonal taste experience.
 
Along with sushi, guests can indulge in local favorites like Takoyaki and ramen.

The buffet runs every Friday from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, with admission prices at $65 for adults and $42 for children aged 4 to 11, plus a 10% service charge.
