Gov. Lourdes A. Leon Guerrero will announce Human Resource Professionals Week from Sept. 25 to Sept. 29 and SHRM Day at a Sept. 26 proclamation signing. Yolanda Padrones, president of the Society for Human Resource Management’s Guam Chapter will give opening remarks and read the proclamation at the signing.
