Pangilinan-Gogue named 2025 Reina A. Leddy Guam Young Professional of the Year

The Guam Chamber of Commerce’s Guam Young Professionals committee named Michaela Pangilinan-Gogue as the 2025 Reina A. Leddy Guam Young Professional of the Year.
The award was announced at the Guam Young Professionals Annual Event on Feb. 12 at the Hyatt Regency Guam.
Pangilinan-Gogue is a business development officer at Title Guaranty.

She began at Title Guaranty of Guam as a marketing specialist in 2017 and is now an experienced business development officer and escrow officer, specializing in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
She serves and participates in various community organizations including as vice president of the Guam Women’s Chamber of Commerce, as vice chairwoman of Make-A-Wish Guam & CNMI. Pangilinan-Gogue is a former mentor for youth in Junior Achievement Guam, vice chairwoman of GYP, and a member of the Guam Chamber of Commerce and the Guam Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
She joined six other young professionals vying for the prestigious award. The other nominees were:
Tito Castro, executive vice president, enterprise business unit, Docomo Pacific;
Kazzandra Edillor, support manager, Bank of Guam;
Rocco Flores, business development manager, BankPacific;
Ryan Galindo, business development officer, Bank of Guam;
Jeh Joyner, account executive, Matson Navigation Co.; and
Shelly Santos, commercial banking officer, First Hawaiian Bank.

The Taipei District Prosecutors' Office indicted Paul Chen, former director-general of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Guam, which serves Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, for allegedly exploiting his official position to execute multiple fraud and asset misappropriation schemes totaling more than $130,000.
