The Guam Hotel & Restaurant Association hosted the HyMarket at the Hyatt Regency Guam on March 23. Sponsors included the University of Guam, the Guam Department of Agriculture, Guahan Sustainable Culture, and the Farmers Cooperative Association of Guam. The event was intended to encourage industry professionals to source and serve ingredients from local farmers and small businesses. Photos by Justin Green
