The status of the Forever 21 store at Guam Premier Outlets remains uncertain as the company partakes in a restructuring process, which includes closing stores in the United States.

Forever 21 had 178 locations on its proposed closure list — which included Guam —when it filed for a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code on Sept. 29, according to Journal files. In court documents filed on Oct. 28, the proposed closures list reduced to 98. Guam was not on the revised list.
