Hansen Helicopters executives indicted, plead not guilty
Four executives of Hansen Helicopters Inc. on May 31 were arrested by federal authorities in connection with an alleged scheme for the business to operate and lease aircraft that were not compliant with the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board.
Owner John D. Walker, Executive Vice President Marvin R. Reed, Director of Operations Kenneth R. Crowe and Director of Maintenance Phillip T. Kapp were handed 23 counts of indictment charges by the District Court of Guam, which they all pleaded not guilty to. Charges include honest services fraud . . .
