District Court of Guam Magistrate Judge Joaquin V.E. Manibusan Jr. on May 29 granted a motion for leave to dismiss misdemeanor charges made against defendants in the case relative to an alleged scheme at Prestige Automobiles.
John C. J. Shen, CEO of Shen Corp., which does business as Prestige Automobiles, and sales manager Orlando P. Domingo, were charged with knowing or reckless use of information by preparers of returns in the federal court. They pleaded not guilty to the charges, which were based on accusations that the two assisted tax preparer . . .
