If there is a happier Philippine diplomat than Consul General Marciano R. de Borja, it would be hard to find one.
After months of planning and construction, de Borja and his family moved into the newly-built official residence in late March, after appropriate recognition of the house. “I had this blessed during Holy Week,” he said.
Located in a quiet cul de sac in Jonestown, there’s no missing the house, which displays the Philippines flag and official seal.
