After three months, Caroline Islands Air, a charter airline that primarily services the Federated States of Micronesia, has become an increasingly important link connecting the islands of the region.
The FSM government-subsidized airline began Yap-Palau service in early January after United Airlines discontinued the route, making it the only airline servicing the route at this time.
