Public bus route launches in Saipan; maintenance not yet an issue

  The Flame Tree Line 1A bus route — Saipan’s first ever fixed-route public bus service — was launched on April 9, marking the first phase of what the Commonwealth Office of Transit Authority hopes will eventually become five routes serviced by 12 buses throughout Saipan.
