XTRA Airways faces $50M lawsuit
Miami-based XTRA Airways faces a $50 million lawsuit by five businesses and 21 Chinese tourists, who accuse the airline of a fraudulent scheme related to charter flights between China and Saipan.
The April 5 lawsuit claims XTRA Airways violated federal laws and regulations when it allegedly opened up flights to passengers, obtained money from the tourists and businesses and purposely sabotaged the flights.
