Cape Air undecided on future plans; views on new service mixed

  United Airlines’ announcement that it is ending its relationship with Cape Air  — and that it will subsequently reduce its daily Guam-Saipan service from five flights to one flight each way and discontinue all Rota service — has drawn different reactions.

  Koji Nagata, director of Asia/Pacific communications for United Airlines, told the Journal, “The new daily B737-800 jet service will provide our customers in Guam and Saipan with a more reliable and comfortable customer experience.”
