A 50,000-square-foot Medical Arts Center next to Guam Regional Medical City in Dededo is the first phase of the multi-structure Latte Medical Plaza and is becoming a reality as construction continues and the image of the building begins to take shape. The arts center is owned and developed by CW Holdings LLC and contracted by Sterling Design Inc. According to signage posted at the site, the architect for the project is Kilhak “Killy . . .
