Proposed boutique hotel to cater to younger traveling population

The developer for a proposed 21-story hotel in Tumon intends to attract a new kind of atmosphere in the heart of Guam’s tourism industry by offering boutique aesthetics and eco-friendly designs.

Blue Ocean Investments LLC partnered with Taniguchi Ruth Makio Architects for the development, to be located next to Tumon Sands Plaza. The tentative plan includes 298 rooms and 314 parking spaces.
