New land and water villas to be built in Palau

KOROR, Palau — Singapore-based Hotel Properties Ltd. subsidiary HPL Properties (Pacific Ocean) is looking to build land and water villas in Palau.

  HPL applied for a foreign investment approval certificate application before Palau’s Foreign Investment Board in 2017.

  The corporation is planning to build a luxury hotel on 72,647 square meters of land with 40 land and 60 water villas within the resort.

According to their application, the company will also build a spa, swimming pool, marine center, dive and water sports . . .
