Born for boutique: Century Hotel revamps for wide appeal

The Century Hotel in Saipan began its final round of renovations to become a boutique hotel in March. Estimated to cost approximately $180,000, the final round is part of a project that began in 2015 with the first round focusing on renovating guest bathrooms and the second round focusing on the lobby. Both previous rounds of renovation were covered in the Jan. 12, 2015 and Jan. 11, 2016 editions of the Journal respectively.
