Navy seeks longer tours for Guam, Japan and Spain

The U.S. Navy is rolling out incentives for sailors to serve longer tours in Guam, Japan and Spain, according to a Feb. 21 announcement. 

Current rules allow a maximum tour length of three years for these areas. Chief of Naval Personnel Vice Adm. Robert P.
