K-Plaza to become mixed-use hotel

  The K-Plaza building on Happy Landing Road in Tumon, home of Min’s Bar and the restaurant Cham Pong Time, will soon be changed into a mixed-use hotel if things go according to owner Thomas K. Kallingal’s plan.

  The three-story, 23,500-square-foot building has two spaces on the second and third floors that have been vacant ever since the previous tenant, Grand Spa, closed in 2017. There were also office spaces for rent that were going unused. Kallingal, drawing on his more than 40 years . . .
