Navy yet to decide whether to appeal on BOS ruling
PEARL HARBOR — The U.S. Navy has yet to decide on further action concerning the troubled Guam Base Operating Support services contract.
On March 22, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims granted DZSP 21 LLC’s claim for injunctive relief, opening the door for either a completely new solicitation or a further evaluation of proposals.
