The Guam Contractors Association is in talks with the Guam Hotel and Restaurant Association about introducing a new maintenance training program. The program is expected to be launched as part of GCA’s plan to expand the Trades Academy into a new facility on Tiyan by the end of 2018.
GCA acquired a $2 million U.S. Economic Development Administration grant for the project in March 2017 and is seeking to borrow an additional $2 million from Bank of Guam through a loan secured by the U.S. Department of Agriculture . . .
