The catering industry on Guam is as varied as the organizations and functions that are served by it. Based on the number of sanitary permits issued by the Guam Department of Environmental Health, there are 48 caterers on Guam as of Feb. 20. Ranging from major international firms like the Hilton hotel chain to home-based, single-person operations like Thyme for a Bite Kitchen, there is a firm that can meet virtually every need.
