Concerns over development on battered Ypao Road
The Municipal Planning Council for Tamuning-Tumon-Harmon wants to hold off on any new developments on Route 14B, or Ypao Road, until the Guam Department of Public Works can finish repairing the road.
The council’s resolve affected a proposed six-story medical building in the area, which currently has no buildings of that height in the neighborhood. The project was discussed at a Feb. 22 meeting with the Hybrid Land Use Commission.
