Bank of Guam introduced a mobile payment solution the week of Jan. 22 that allows merchants to accept EMV chip cards.  

Mobile payment solutions have transformed small businesses around the world — allowing merchants to take payments using a credit card reader that attaches directly to a smartphone or tablet. 

Bank of Guam introduced Vantiv Mobile Accept — its first mobile payment solution in 2014.
