TOKYO — The first Hyatt Centric-branded hotel in Asia opened in Tokyo’s upmarket Ginza district on Jan. 22, with the company expressing confidence that a combination of the brand’s reputation and the property’s location will appeal to American travelers — including visitors from Guam.
“We see the U.S. market in general — and of course that includes Guam — as being one of the key source markets for the new property and we will be working hard to attract guests,” said Karen Chung, a spokeswoman for the company’s Asia-Pacific operations . . .
