GUMA Architects expand to the NMI

GUMA Architects LLC, formed in November on Guam, received its business license in the Northern Mariana Islands in January and plans to open a staffed office in Saipan as soon as enough projects are secured.

Principals Raymund C. Cayanan and Samuel M. McPhetres formed the architectural firm after both venturing into sole practice for several months following their architecture licensing by the Guam PEALS, or the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors, in April and September 2017 respectively.
