Bigger challenge: What do they do afterward?

The Guam Department of Education’s 2016 - 2017 Annual State of Public Education Report states that GDOE had 2,054 high school graduates in 2017. In the past three years, an average of slightly more than 500 of these graduates per year (and maybe a dozen or so from private high schools) have enrolled at GCC.
