Guam needs a lot more accountants

Accountants are heavily in demand on Guam even though the number of students graduating with accounting degrees significantly increased in the 2013 and 2015 academic years.
Since 2006, the University of Guam has granted an average of 16 bachelor’s in accounting degrees every year, with a range of six in 2007 to 26 in 2011. In 2013, UOG granted 38 bachelor’s in accounting degrees compared to 18 in 2012.
Guam Community College, for which less data is available, granted eight accounting degrees in . . .
