WASHINGTON, D.C. — Northern Mariana Island delegate to Congress Gregorio “Kilili” Camacho Sablan sent a letter asking Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen to raise the CW cap to 12,997 for fiscal 2018 and 12,996 for fiscal 2019, according to a Jan. 10 release.
