GARAPAN, Saipan — The Marianas Visitors Authority has launched improvements to its imagery library and to Paseo de Marianas. MVA’s photo and video library was updated by professional photographers including former National Geographic photographer Jihwan Bae.
MVA’s makeover of Paseo de Marianas is projected to cost $1.4 million and will include a new permanent stage, new walkways and lights. Paseo de Marianas will also be newly landscaped and prominently feature the bougainvillea, which is Saipan’s designated flower under the Flower Island project.
