Provides federal funding and resources to local jurisdictions on Guam that are required by federal law to provide public services to compact migrants and other lawful immigrants. Also known as the Compact Impact Relief Act, the bill:
- Increases funding for hospitals and clinics with federal Medicaid matching funds from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services;
- Increases funding for public schools to offset costs of serving compact migrant children by reclassifying them as federally connected . . .
