WASHINGTON, D.C. — Guam delegate to Congress Madeleine Z. Bordallo along with Northern Mariana Island delegate to Congress Gregorio “Kilili” Camacho Sablan, Congresswoman Colleen Hanabusa and Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, both of Hawaii, reintroduced the Compact Impact Relief Act, according to a Jan. 10 release from the Bordallo office.
