Guam bases contract fight not over, sources say

WASHINGTON, D.C. — On Jan. 11, the U.S. Government Accountability Office denied the latest in a long string of protests associated with the biggest federal contract in the region.

The contract is also the largest one awarded for operating support services at U.S. military bases.

The decision on Jan. 11 denied the October protest of DZSP 21 against the September award to Fluor Federal Solutions LLC, itself a three-time prior protester when the contract was re-awarded to DZSP in 2014.

So is the contract finally settled? Not according to Journal sources, typically accurate in the years . . .
