PEARL HARBOR — Guam’s submarine tender, the USS Cable is presently on its way back to its homeport of Apra Harbor in Guam.
The Frank Cable arrived at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam on Jan. 2.
The submarine completed eight months of maintenance in dry dock in Portland, Ore., after leaving Guam in March 2017.
