The rezoning of a Yigo development property was delayed on Dec. 14 at the Guam Land Use Commission meeting because of a challenge to the procedure in which GLUC provided notices to property owners in the area.
Daniel D. Swavely of Daniel D. Swavely Consulting Services Inc. applied to rezone the three-acre lot from rural to commercial use on Dec. 12, 2016, on behalf of Kevin J. Yang and Ysengsong Inc. (See “New development aims to fill gap in Northern offerings” in the Feb. 6 issue of the Journal.)
