CW worker numbers diminish
The Northern Mariana Islands Department of Labor reports that for fiscal 2017 the number of CW permits approved by the U.S. Customs and Immigration Services is 12,998. This number has been reduced by 3,000 in fiscal 2018 for a cap of 9,998, and a further reduction is expected in fiscal 2019 at 4,999.
