Think green for a minute with me. Guam is the ideal place for hybrid electric vehicle technology. You cannot really drive more than 30 miles in a day here, unless you are taking a tour around the island. And with our gas prices being more than a dollar per gallon higher than over on the mainland — or even on military installations here on island — cutting our umbilical cord to gasoline-powered cars seems like the way to go.
It’s definitely the way Guam Community College is heading with its Automotive program. Chris . . .
