Bill No. 179-34 by Sens. Joe S. San Agustin and Dennis G. Rodriquez, Jr.

Creates the Guam Qualified Domestic Plan Trust Act to regulate the establishment of qualified pension, profit sharing and stock bonus plans by domestic corporations. The bill would increase tax revenue for the Government of Guam by requiring domestic corporations to establish a trust for their retirement plans and to register their plan trusts with the Department of Revenue and Taxation.
