Government contracting: the 2018 NDAA

The 2018 National Defense Authorization Act Conference Report was recently released from the U.S. House of Representatives, and the bill is on its way to the U.S. Senate and eventually the President to be signed into law. The NDAA is an annual federal spending bill that sets funding levels and outlines spending priorities for the Department of Defense. Many laws and regulations related to federal procurement are tweaked in the annual NDAA. The 2018 version includes some changes that may affect local, small businesses on Guam and the NMI.
