Outback Steakhouse is undergoing a complete refit to the interior of the restaurant, following its closure on Nov. 6.
Robert H. Jones Jr., chairman and CEO of Triple J Enterprises Inc., told the Journal, “It’s a major undertaking. It’s almost like the original construction.”
The cost is major, Jones said. “It’s north of $1 million.”
Customers can expect to see major new design features.
