Prestige defendants in alleged tax fraud scheme plead not guilty

Ana Kristine L. Absalon, John C.J. Shen and Orlando P. Domingo pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges on Oct. 16 in the District Court of Guam. The Government of Guam, represented by Joseph B. McDonald, is accusing the three defendants of participating in a scheme to defraud taxpayers by registering Land Rover and BMW vehicles in the names of individuals or businesses, and soon thereafter shipping the vehicles outside of Guam. 

Absalon was employed by Prestige Automobiles during the time she prepared tax returns for individuals on Guam. She was charged with knowing or reckless disclosure or use . . .
