TUMON, Guam — The Guam Visitors Bureau and the Customs and Quarantine Agency introduced the new customs declaration form during a press conference on Nov. 1. The forms have been redesigned to make them smaller and more user-friendly. GVB uses data from customs declaration forms to better understand the state of the tourism market. CQA will continue to accept the old customs declaration forms until Nov. 17. (See “GVB to implement smaller customs form” in the March 20 issue of the Journal.)
