MAJURO, Marshall Islands — The $350 million Marshall Islands trust fund was the target of cyber theft in June and July, with nearly $1 million illegally diverted to bank accounts in Ireland and Malaysia. By the end of October, however, all of the money had been reimbursed to the two accounts that make up the Marshall Islands government’s national trust funds.
