Mainland developer takes next step in Manenggon property plans

Stephen Tebo visited Guam last month in the interest of moving forward the development plans for his 1,133-acre property in Manenggon.
Tebo is the founder and owner of Tebo Properties, a commercial real estate owner and developer based in Boulder County, Colo., with more than 300 properties in and around the state.
