Docomo Pacific distributed 25,000 free glow sticks between Oct. 27 and Oct. 31 to help keep trick or treaters safe as part of its “Be Seen, Be Safe” campaign. Current “Be Seen, Be safe” campaign partners are Calvo’s SelectCare, Mobil Oil Guam and JV International Safety Equipment, as well as the Guam Police Department.
