Starting on Dec. 15, Jeju Air will expand operations from Busan-Saipan.
The Busan-Saipan route, which currently operates four times a week on Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and Mondays, will expand to seven days a week, departing Busan during the night, Richard Kim, duty manager for Jeju Air in Saipan told the Journal.
The route currently utilizes two aircrafts, with seat configurations of 186 and 189. The airline has two mechanics and three ground handlers based in Saipan for a total of five staff on island.
