Roque’s Tavern, opened by Chef Juan Carlos Berrocal on Oct. 7 in Garapan, features flavors of Peru to Guam. The menu offers Italian dishes with a Peruvian twist and popular Peruvian dishes, such as stir fry.
Berrocal has worked in restaurants in the United States, Spain and Italy. He came to Saipan earlier this year to work for Kensington Hotel, but decided to branch off on his own.
