BARRIGADA, Guam — Airmen and soldiers from the Guam National Guard, as well as civilians from the Government of Guam’s Department of Military Affairs, conducted roadside clean-ups and debris removal along Route 16 in Barrigada on Oct. 27. More than 200 personnel, some using tactical vehicles, picked up trash along both sides of Army Drive, from the tri-intersection of Routes 8, 10 and 16 in Barrigada, to the Micronesia Mall and Route 1. mbj . . .
