MERIZO, Guam — The Guam Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Soil Resources Division, in collaboration with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, held a watershed reforestation planting event on Oct. 21 at the Manell Watershed in Merizo, the third since 2015.
