WASHINGTON D.C. — In an Oct. 4 letter to DZSP 21 LLC staff, Wayne L. Cornell, project director for the Guam Base Operating Support services, confirmed that the company was filing a protest with the General Accountability Office against the Sept. 21 award to Fluor Federal Solutions LLC.
